May 25, 2015 M1C, MFC, MHC 008124 - ? 2-STEP It appears that the "A" suffix was assigned retroactively, possibly as late as the time of the change to the "B". The three machines that I know of with serial numbers within the "A" range all have the 3-pulley feed chart and say just "MF" on the nameplate.

Oct 31, 2016 I would like to share my project of rebuilding an old Atlas MFC horizontal mill. Purchased 3 months ago, the mill had not been run in over 20 years. As you can see in the beginning picture, there was a fair amount of "light" rust everywhere. Initially I didn't think this would be a problem, until I tried to disassemble the mill.
